
RE/MAX Platinum Naas have an immediate vacancy for an experienced Office Administrator.
About you:
Excellent written and verbal English
- Be professional and flexible
- Ability to work within a very busy environment
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Strong organisational, communication and time management skills
- Excellent Computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency is essential.
The main duties of the Office Administrator will be but not limited to:
- Directing queries over phone and email.
- Data entry including sales, invoicing, and quotations.
- Providing administration support.
- General office duties
- Updating clients on scheduled works
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience of accounting software such as Sage is advantageous but not essential
- The successful candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Initially the role is a 6-month temporary position with the potential to become a permanent employee based in Naas.
